Description
Presented is a fabulous set of 12 sterling silver iced tea, sundae, or parfait spoons. These spoons were made by Schofield Co of Baltimore, Maryland. The spoons are done in the elegant Lorraine pattern, which began production in 1896. This pattern is virtually identical to the Mayflower pattern by Kirk. The handles of the spoons are beautifully engraved with scroll and flower designs. On the terminal of the handle is a cartouche. Each of the spoons is monogrammed on the handle with CTS in flowing script. The spoons are in great condition. The details of the pattern are nice and crisp. There are no splits, no breaks, no dents, no monogram removals, and no repairs. Each spoon is stamped with the Schofield maker's mark as well as sterling. Each spoon is about 8 inches long. The total weight for the set is 463 grams or 16.3 regular ounces. -jm Powered by SixBit's eCommerce Solution
