Description
Presented is an attractive old sterling silver serving spoon made by Gorham Manufacturing Company. The server is done in the elegant Palm pattern which was first produced in 1871. The bowl of the server has somewhat of a nice matte finish, although it has been polished up a bit over the years. The bowl is beautifully engraved with flowers, leaves, and scrolls. The tip of the handle has the old original monogram of FCL. The serving spoon is marked on the reverse with Gorham’s old company hallmarks, Sterling, and Patent 1871. The condition is excellent. There are no dents, no splits, no breaks, and no repairs. The server is 10 1/4 inches long. The weight is 96 grams or 3.4 ounces. Powered by SixBit's eCommerce Solution
